DVC Cash Booking & Rates???

We are thinking of going to Disney's Grand Cali Resort over next xmas break...thinking of paying cash instead of using our points...

1)Would we still need to wait until the 7 month mark to book?
2)Do we get a dvc cash rate discount?
3)Can I put it on mark Disney visa and get that 6 month interest free window like when booking a regular Disney vacation?

3) you don't pay until check-in. Don't know if it would qualify for the interest free, probably not.

You would only get a 25% discount on a Villas room if available - not the regular hotel rooms.

Yes, if it's available. Typically though there isn't alot of availability at 11 months because members have not traded out to put rooms into the cash pool.
