We had rented points to someone for a stay beginning this Sat. 12/11 for two nights at the BLT in a MK view studio. She contacted me today to tell me that she was trying to do online check in and it was telling her that the reservation had been cancelled. When I called Member Services they said it did show it as being cancelled but not when or by whom.
After being on hold for 25 min. they came back on to tell me when they had the recent conversion/upgrade to the system that several reservations had been inadvertantly cancelled but then immediately rebooked. Ours was not!!!
They had to call BLT directly to secure a "cash" room since the DVC rooms were sold out. So, in the end there is a reservation there, but it could have been a catastrophe!
