Also be aware that Disney often goes after small resale contracts with their ROFR (they buy it instead of the potential buyer) with new members.

That doesn't mean that small contracts for non-members do not go through ...they do especially if bought at a "good" price. However, just so there are no surprises for you. Some people keep making offers, if ROFRed on one, to get a small contract that Disney allows to go through.....

There is "who has passed ROFR recently" thread on the DVC boards to see what Disney is grabbing. I would post it for you but unfortunately I'm not skilled!!
