DVC BLT Resale

I don't think it helps me when purchasing but I am international(CDN) as well. My understanding though is it only aids when it is an international seller. I am not that worried about my contract being taken. I am happy with our purchase but if it gets taken I may consider grabbing a copper creek contract instead because of the value. I hadn't noticed the great value that can be had with CC, 8 more years and can get it around the same price. We would prefer Bay Lake though because of the ability to avoid Disney Transat.

To me 8 years or even 15 years don’t matter much. I’d rather have 30 years of vacation at a resort I prefer than at a resort in just okay with.

if you prefer BLT and I assume you do as you are trying to buy a contract I would stick with that and if it gets taken then try again.

I sold my BLT as I noticed that I started to use the points as SAP and they are too expensive for that. So I decided to sell but not before I found a VGF contract to replace it with.

You used the points as "SAP"?, sorry I am sure it is straight forward but I can't think of what SAP is. I agree about the years, its also lots of people say that Wilderness lodge is the best. We haven't stayed at either before. For us BLT is the most appealing because of the transportation. Trying to get 4 kids out of the parks, back to a resort after fireworks with our oldest in her wheelchair is a nightmare, so the idea of just walking back or even watching the fireworks from our room or lounge sounds amazing. We bought at OKW first because of price and because of the huge units for our family of 6.

SAP is Sleep Around Points

To be able to walk to/from MK to BLT with kids are amazing as kids grow older the appealing fades as my kids prefer Epcot and DHS.

DW and I enjoys VGF my youngest daughter loves it too. My oldest haven’t stayed there yet so the jury is still out on that one.

I would recommend that you stick with BLT as you at least have the 11 month window where you can try to get the standard views.
