curious Is (tools.dvc vacations) the only site to check availability for rooms?
if not are Their other sites that are more accurate?

No tool will give you real time availability other than the member website.

Things change very often so unless you are ready to book, it may not be helpful.

We don’t allow members to post what is available so a tool like this can certainly be used as a guide to get trends.

Thank you for the help, wife and I are waiting On right of refusal for our first dvc contract and so much information to go through.

I looked at it a ton before I had access to the member site, and found it very useful. In fact I still use it sometimes because it shows the availability and points cost across resorts and room types in a much easier to read format than the member site. It’s not up to the minute, but should give you a good general idea of what’s available on a given upcoming date. Whenever I’ve compared it to what shows as available on the member site, it’s always matched exactly or very close.
