If you look at the location of the rumored parcel of land, its possible that Disney could build a self-contained, stand alone
DVC resort on that property. Access and egress would be via Victory Drive. Assuming the resort would have its own check-in and front desk, there there would be no need for the DVC guests to step onto the Caribbean Beach Resort property to access their DVC villas.
As I have said before, Disney could dust off the architectural plans for the VGF building, make some site specific modifications, change the theming, and plop it into the rumored parcel of land. To think that the new resort would have to be a "moderate DVC resort" is premature.
