Is there a perk to being a dvc owner and an AP holder?

In other worlds do you get a discount on your AP since you now own a stake in Disney Property?

Thanks in Advance for your time.

One of the current DVC member perks is a discount on WDW annual passes. Annual passes are discounted $106.50, and premium annual passes are discounted $133.13.

This has been a perk since before we purchased in 2006. There are no rumors of it going away in the near term, but as with all DVC perks, there is no guarantee on how long it will be continued.

you can also pick up a tables in wonderland card (for $75.00) once you have an AP, will get you 20% off most table service meals

Each program has it's own benefits and they are not designed to stack. You get one discount or offer only each time you use it. What we typically o is show our Tables in wonderland, DVC member card and Passport when we buy something and let the cast ember decide which is the best discount to give us. They are pretty helpful knowing exactly what they accept in their location and what the discount for each is at that spot.

Just wanted to reiterate this important statement. When we bought in 2001 there was no discount on Annual Passes. Disney will continue this perk as long as they feel it is cost justified...in other words they are making enough additional revenue through concessions and shopping in the parks to make up for the discount. It could easily change in the future, and should not be a consideration in whether DVC is a good idea for anyone.
