DVC App

I would love a DVC App or at the very least, the DVC website to have a mobile version.

It would be so handy to open the App, login & check for resort availability, maybe even book a stay using the App & have a confirmation emailed or saved on the App like an air pen eBoarding Pass.
Wish Disney would see the value in this. The wife & I were dreaming about a WDW stay while we were at dinner tonight. I tried to check using the main website while on my phone, but it was a PIA, so gave up. By the time we got back home, we had talked ourselves out of it.
We absolutely would have booked a stay a couple hours previously using a DVC app.

Its a good idea Monika. Sadly, I'm not hopeful.

It took DVC a really long time to makeover its web site. Combined with the current "test and adjust" cycle that is going on with the MDE app, I can't imagine how long it would take them to get a DVC app working.

DVC's budget for the website just isn't there. Most of the existing content is borrowed from the WDIG.

Yes, but the problem is once linked through to the DVC member site, it's not optimized for mobile phone so it's really difficult to use.

The app dpoints is an iPhone app. If you need one for Android, the app is called DVC Calculator.

The other thing that would be nice is an App for DCL. And for the millions of iPhone users out there, linking these App up through Passbook would be ideal.

I'd prefer they get the normal website up and running smoothly before considering an application for mobile devices.
