I’ve been researching the Sorcerer’s pass and just want to be sure I have the info correct.

My info: We are blue card members with Platinum passes that expired 20 days ago. We plan to renew with the Sorcerer’s Pass.

It appears that the 30 day discount window is no longer applicable. No matter when we renew, we pay full price. Since we don’t have a trip planned for at least 3 months, I don’t see a good reason to do it within the 30 days.

Am I missing something? Is there an advantage to renewing within the window? Thanks.

A new Sorcerer Pass is $899+tax....renewal is $764+tax. It really depends on when you plan on traveling as to which one makes the most sense for you.

Renewal savings is still available. You can renew up to 60 days prior and 30 days after the expiration date of your existing pass. To renew at the Sorcerer Pass level as a DVC member, you have to call DVC Member Services.

I’d guess there won’t be a special AP deal until Universal opens Epic Universe.
