Dvc Ap???

Should I buy my DVC AP now or when I get to WDW in January. Also can I buy them in the resort or only at the parks. I just want to make it as easy as possible Thanks

Only at the parks or Downtown Disney. If you buy it now, you will still need to stop there to activate it, so there will be little time savings. Since the prices just went up, I don't think you have to worry about an increase before January.

An advantage of buying before you go is that you can order a Disney Dining Experience card. You will have to have your AP # or voucher # when you call for it. I just ordered our APs today and will be calling to get our DDE card as soon as we receive them since we are going to be down there at the end of Oct. Unlike the APs that are activated on the first day of use, the DDE cards have an expiration date on them when you receive them.

Even if you have decided to buy the DDP, the DDE is good on alcoholic beverages and we have found that it more than pays for itself, especially if you elect not to buy the DDP.
