DVC AP Voucher and 15months?

Could someone tell me if I were to activate the voucher I bought previously if they would be valid for 12 or 15months?

The 15 month deal is only for AP renewals. So if you renew an AP before 8/31/10, you will get 15 months. New AP's are the standard 12 months.

...I bet this is only for WDW APs, not DLR..right?
