DVC AP Renewal using Gift Card(s)

Not sure if this applies to non-DVC AP renewals, but just got off the phone with DVC Member Services and wanted to use two gift cards ($100 and $200) for my AP renewal and use my debit card for the balance and was told the System would only accept two cards for payment. So I had to retract the $100 card and had MS apply the $200 gift card and put the balance on my debit card.

Just thought I'd share in case someone was planning to use several gift cards in order to pay for a renewal in the future.

I don't know what they do at MS, but at the Park ticket windows (including water parks and TTC) and Guest Relations Offices we are limited to three payment types on any transaction. Each separate gift or credit or debit card is considered a separate payment type.

But you can apply an unlimited number of gift cards to a Resort folio, so if you have a lot of gift cards have them applied to the folio and charge the tickets to your room.
