Yes they did make it right — but it was quite stressful in the meantime before getting back to guest services. They gave us a 2 day and 1 day to make up for the 3 days they took from our no expire

Glad they made it right. I have quite a few tickets that I stocked up on over the years. Now, I wish I hadn’t since bridging isn’t the same. I will try to use some of them as is, but most I’ll need to pay to upgrade.
