DVC AP length?

so long story short - last June (June 2) DH and I bought DVC annual passes since we had multiple trips planned. In August (aug 19) we took the kids and got them DVC tickets. We are planning another trip for May 15 and I just looked at our APs online and it shows that DH and my APs expire on May 2 and that the kids expire on June 19. Ours expire exactly one month less than one year and the kids expire exactly two months... is this normal? I found on my CC where we purchased and I am definitely correct with the date. What can I do??

They should expire on the date (one year later) you first activated the passes at the park.

So it doesn't sound normal.

Thanks - I am here now and went to the ticket counter where the employee was less than helpful - never even crossed my mind to call DVC services.

Guest Relations should be able to correct the AP date issue.

I've had Guest Relations correct a TIW card date (that expired in 1 month instead of 13)

One of THE most-common mistakes made in ticketing is the CM inputting the incorrect AP anniversary date.
It has to be put in manually by the CM at the time of AP activation,
and too many times the CM makes an input error on the date.
So, this is also one of the MOST-CORRECTED ticketing errors.
Any Guest Relations CM (with a modicum of experience) can look up the original transaction date for an AP and quickly make the correction.
