The DVC renewal prices are $281.16 for the AP and $377.01 for the PAP.

I have been trying to renew my AP since last Friday.

I called Disney first (didn't realize we had to renew/order through MS) and they were having computer problems, so I couldn't get anything done.

When I called back on Saturday, I was told we have to process our orders through Member Services. No problem. When I called today, Member Services isn't exactly set up to do this. The representative I talked to said that she would take my info and then someone from Guest Services will call me back within 2 days.

I will post after I receive my callback.

I just hung up the phone with member services and had the same experience as Lisa. They took my order and someone will call back to take my credit card info and process the order. I just hope they process it soon - I will be back in WDW in exactly one month!!

NO. But to Disney, an adult is anyone 10 years and over.

The prices went up 1/2, which is the date I bought mine. With the discount it was $314+some amount of cents (don't remember).

Well we got a pleasant surprise yesterday at Epcot. We had annual passes that expired in October. I paid the renewal and was very disappointed when they came out with the discount for DVC.
Well we went to the international gateway with our old passes and renewal cards. The castmember said that we were DVC. They had it on the computer. So after a minute of figureing out how much I had paid Disney in September. She said the best thing for us to do was just start a new ap from yesterday with the DVC discount and she gave us $93.72 back for the 2 of us. So this extended our passes 3 more months.
Well we were pleasantly surprised. Did not expect to get any money back.
Also they must have cross referenced DVC with annual pass holders.

Just curious how that worked. Did they give you prorated credit for the existing pass?

Today is supposed to be the day we get our call-back from MS for the AP discount. I noticed that wdw4us2 and Lexxiefern have not replied back so I'm guessing they have not yet been contacted by MS. We arrive at the BCV on Feb 6th so I'm hoping this gets resolved real soon. Just have to calmly call back tomorrow AM if there's no call today.

What they did was just sell me a brand new AP that started in January and did not renew my pass as of last Oct.
So she gave me credit for all the monies I paid for the renewal and charged me for a brand new AP with a DVC discount.
Now the price went up 1-2 but we still saved my starting all over again.
Disney giving me money back was a real treat.
I was just lucky I did not activate my renewal before the discount started.
