DVC AP Concern

Hi. Last week on vacation, my famiy purchased APs with the DVC discount. When I logged in to the Passholder site tonight it said I have a seasonl pass with blackout dates My pass says "Annual Pass DVC". Also, printed on my pass is an expiration of 9-15-11 but the passholder website says an expiration of Jany 17, 2011.

I'm not sure what to do. From what I understand if you have a seasonal pass the summer is pretty much blocked out. Has anyone else had this happen? Should I contact someone?

I'm sure you may have done this already, but you may want to double check the style of pass you logged in under , and also the letters and numbers on your ticket. If any of them are wrong, you'll get the wrong information back.

The Passholder website can mess up -- sometimes it thinks my DVC AP expires in March when the real expiration is Sept. The important info is what the back of your pass says.
