DVC Annual Passes

DVC has had that limit for several years. However, I am not clear if the limit is per membership, per address, or per contract. Since our children are listed as owners on all the deeds (and both have their own blue membership cards), since they both live at a different address than ours, could they each buy eight and could we also buy eight if we each had that many people living at each of the three addresses?

Would it matter that we have three contracts all under the same membership number and all of us are listed as owners on the deeds for all three contracts?

Does anyone know the answer to those questions?

My brother and I are both on the Deed along with my Dad. We get annual passes for our spouses and kids and they're just under my Dad's address. He still gets the Disney Files at his house along with anything else DVC sends out. But both my brother and I have the DVC ID cards and can do anything we want as a DVC member. And neither one of us have lived at home for years. In fact we just ordered new Annual Passes for my wife, my daughter and I. No problems here!

Between your brothers family, your dad, and yourself, how many annual passes do you buy each year? The rule is that the family members have to live at the same address as the member to qualify for the discount. They don't have to match the address on the account, but the address on your (or your brother's) ID.

That might be the catch there supersnoop, I don't think that together in one calendar year does my family by more than 8. Some years my brothers gets them and other years we do. If we all bought them it would 10 passes in one year which hasn't happened yet.
