Good morning! We will be heading home soon for Christmas!! We have reservations at SSR. I purchased tickets for MVMCP via phone with DVC and annual passes via phone with DVC. I have linked my annual passes to MDE and they are showing. Do I have to visit guest services to activate the annual pass before entering the park or since they are showing, are they already tied?

Also, I know I need to pick up the MVMCP tickets. Do I have to do that at Magic Kingdom or can I do it at another park? We have reservations for Fantasmic when we arrive and wandered if I could do everything at the guest relations center at Epcot to avoid having to go to Magic Kingdom the first day. Thanks!

As far as the AP's go, yes, you will have to visit Guest Relations at the park to activate the AP's.

I can't answer the second question, and will defer to someone who has experience with that scenario.

If your at SSR you can go to DTD guest relations and get your APs changed. The ones at the parks are mostly crowded, at least for me.

And the one at an outside window at DisneyQuest is usually less crowded than the one on the MarketPlace side.

The reason for MDE and MB's is to move you through the parks faster and to increase sales and reduce Disney's costs.

If you can see the product in your MDE account, you normally do not have to visit guest relations, thus the cost savings for Disney.

Our AP's and hard tickets were added to our MDE account and we didn't have to visit guest relations before use.
