As an DVC owner we would use our passes about 20 days a year. We would spend about 5 to 6 hours per day at the theme parks. Visiting 1 to 2 parks a day.

I was just wondering how others use their AP…

Similar usage, except I rarely park hop, usually only the last day or two of a trip, if there was something park specific I wanted to buy before we leave. Usually 15 to 20 park days of use.

When we do park hop it is usually going to EPCOT for dinner.

We use ours about 30 days a year......3 trips.
We usually do not park hop, but might if something special is going on or we need to buy something.
We are there from opening until about 2-3 and then go back to the resort

Right around 25 days per year for us. We typically park hop every day. We usually spend the morning in a park, go back to the villa for lunch and pool time, then head back into Epcot for dinner on most days.

Looks like it will be 21 days for me this year. (If I scrounge up some more points for another visit it will be 25 :) )
I typically park hop.

We usually like to stay at BWV and pop to Epcot for fireworks. Maybe a snack in France.

Finally made it to Florida after two years (we live in Canada) and spent 20 days in Dec 2021 visiting the parks, including hopping to HS to ride Runaway Railway every other night. Hoping to visit for 10 days in March, two weekends in May, and 7 days in September. So probably getting 40 park days out of our current APs.

Once my glut of points goes away, I don’t think we can afford to go as often. But this is going to be a good year.

I now go 6 to 7 times a year, short trips..3 or 4 nights...and we enter the park every day, but for a few hours in the AM...back to enjoy the resort during the day...and then a few hours at night.

Most nights are Epcot, but first day is usually all MK as we split stay the trips.

If I didn't have an AP, then I would have a much larger ticket cost for the year, which would mean adjusting some of the fun I do when not at Disney!

We try to shoot for 20-24 park days each year ... generally 2x/month. However, our APs are at the Disneyland Resort, not WDW, and our usage is not particularly related to DVC ownership. Some years we are "lucky" to snag a few trips to the Grand Cal in a given year ... but mostly we stay off-site at other nearby timeshare.

Edited to add: We park hop between DL and DCA liberally. :)

We try to get two 10 - 11 day visits per AP, so 20 - 22 days. We park hop almost every day, usually visiting one park during the day & then hopping to another park near our dinner restaurant.

We try and do 3 7 night trips a year - but lately it’s been more like 5 per - so 21-35 days at the parks. We usually go early and ride/walk around…then back to our resort after lunch and return to a park later…usually a different park then where we went in the morning…

For awhile we did the two trips per year /one AP / skip a year so about 18-20 days with hopping half the days. Last 5 years, we've started going more so it's about 16 days per year every year. Again hopping about half the time. We did have one covid year with no trips at all.

Do every other year; 9-11 days per trip, 2x in the year, then add on an adults only trip for another 9-11 days. Out of the parks by 11am daily and will spend about 3-4 hours in Epcot most nights doing dinner + ride.
