It might be the rate paid for those renewing their "Charter" APs - those who purchased the first year APs became available and who have continued to renew each year.
I've never seen the term "tourist" charter before - it sure doesn't sound very Disney-like though.

I knew we got the DVC discount. I just didn't know what the "Charter" AP was.
So the "Charter" AP is one that was bought the first year AP's were available or the first year they were available through DVC? I had never heard of them until I saw this on allears.
I've never seen that before. But it's the same price as the DVC renewal but way more than the AP charter. The DVC renewal charter price is $345 (same as DVC renewal) but the AP charter renewal price is $305. So if a DVC member was a charter AP holder, why would they pay the DVC price?
