DVC Annual Pass Renewal Question.

Can anyone please help me out with this:

I recently purschased an DVC Annual Pass Renewal b/c my current pass was to expire two days prior to the end of my trip this week to Disney World.

I paid and received the Will Call # over the phone. To turn in at Guest Services at any of the parks to pick up my new Annual Pass when my old one ran out.

Turns out plans changed and we did not make it to any of the parks the last two days.


I returned home with my Will Call # unused. And my current pass has now expired.


We will be returning to Disney next Spring. Probably in April or May of '08. Can I turn in the Will Call # then? And pick up a pass valid for a year from that date? Or how does it work in this situation?

I'm guessing you can still do that, but you might want to call and confirm.

Your new pass will still only be good to next October. Since it's a renewal, it's effective date is the date the old one expired, even if you don't actually pick it up until April or May. It will not be good for 12 months from April/May.

Depending on your travel plans, you might want to try to cancel the renewal and purchase a new one instead. It would not be at the renewal price, but you could have the start date be Apr/May and it would then be good for 12 months from then.
