Can we get the Annual Pass with the DVC discount at the Concierge desk of the resort?
Thanks
Dan

You can get it at guest relations, the concierge desk doesn't have them.

None of the resorts, DVC or regular WDW resorts, handle annual passes. As the previous poster said, you have to go to guest releations, either outside of a park or at Downtown Disney.

Thanks for the Info
Another question.
Is there any advantage to go through Member Services or can we just show up at guest relations?
Thanks Again

Just show up at guest relations, unless you want to pre-pay, then you can buy through Member Services. Be sure to have your membership cards and photo ID with same addresses for all adults.

If you buy them early, the year doesn't start until you actually go to a park correct? Also what is the process for doing the renewals of an AP? Thanks!!

Ours expire on the 24th of this month, so we will be preordering them now at the discount price and picking them up on our trip in April at guest relations, You can call member services to renew or order.

Sorry to hijack the thread, but I have a question too - is there anywhere to get the vouchers still? I would like to get them for my mother and sister (who are also DVC members...they just don't happen to be traveling with us this trip) before their trip in April as a surprise. I used to get them all from MS, we'd get the exchange voucher, then redeem them when we got there, but (and correct me if I'm wrong) I believe MS doesn't send the vouchers?

Is there anyway to get the exchange certificate (on or off-property) so that they can log in to the AP site?

If you order then on-line via the member website, you will have the option to pay extra to have exchange vouchers mailed out.

Another quick question...

Is guest services at the parks open the same hours as the park? We'd like to use our PH passes first and then upgrade them to AP's when we leave for the day. I doubt we'll be staying until park closing, but I don't want to walk up at 6pm and find out they closed at 5!:)

That's what I wanna know, can I get the voucher and then be allowed to log into the AP site before my first use of the actual AP during my trip in May?
I feel like I'm missing some deals that could be coming up, I might even want to book a room before May under the AP discount. :lmao:

Hi We are staying in SSR next month. If we go to DTD for our AP/TIW cards where is Guest Relations and should we walk or boat to get there?

It used to be that the passholder site took voucher numbers. I don't know if that is still true.

There are two at DtD, one between Team Mickey and Arribas Brothers, directly behind Ghiradelli, the other on the West Side right by the bridge.

Yes you can. The passholder site took our voucher # and allowed us to login when we purchased them in Aug 08. Keep in mind, you need to pay extra (I want to say it was $3???) to have the vouchers sent to you. The site will not take the confirmation # of your order. You need at least the voucher.

Is there any benefit to having the vouchers? Why do you need them if you can just go to guest services when you get there?

It looks like you can go into the passholder website before you activate the annual passes (and possibly take advantage of some discounts before your trip).

Quick question:

We have PAP right now, but come December when they expire, we want to renew just to AP, because we tend not to use the water parks as often any more. Is that possible?
