DVC annual pass discount question

Can you get an annual pass at WDW with the DVC discount or is it only available on line ahead of time?

The AP with DVC discount may be purchased at any Guest Services location. They may be found at each Theme Park and there is also one at DD. Be sure to have your blue DVC membership card with you when making the purchase.
