DVC Annual Pass 2016

Hi, my family and I goto Disney World every other year and often purchase the 3 week British pass and then pay for the additional 3 days with daily passes. However, July 2016 we have decided to go for closer to a month at Beach Club so we're debating purchasing an Annual Pass (for one year only). My question is, can i purchase a DVC Annual Pass in the UK (before arrival)? Is it activated as soon as purchased? I was hoping to purchase at least 60 days in advance so we can book fast passes however i was hoping it would activate (366 days) from the first day we arrive rather than the day we purchased the pass. Yes it will activate on the first day that you use it at the parks, not on the day that you buy it.

If you want to buy 2 trips to the water parks, it's usually cheaper to buy a stand-alone Water Park AP than buy the Premium option on your parks AP.
