DVC and the college program

Our daughter is most likely going to do the college program next winter. Just saw a special on their site showing a 20% discount for DVC which ends April 30,2010. We are already DVC owners at BWV. Two questions. She will not apply until fall, is this special always there in some fashiion, and does the special work for add-ons? Thanks
P.S. for all those new owners, don't worry about your kids getting bored with Disney when they get older, they just want to be there even more!!!

No that special is not always offered. I would imagine that it will be offered still if she is selected.
