DVC and/or AP dining discounts on July 4th?

I know that the DDE is not valid on holidays, including July 4th. I rather quickly glanced through my info on AP dining discounts and DVC but didn't see any date exclusions.

Can anyone tell me if we can use our DVC or AP dining discount on the 4th of July?? Thanks!!
