DVC and Dining - What If We Add People?

What happens if I have a dining plan purchased for my DVC reservation and then add more people to the room before we go? Is there an automatic charge for the other room members when they're added, or does it drop my dining plan and refund me if the number of people change? We may have additional people joining us in our room, but I won't know for a couple of weeks yet.

In the past, it would refund you and you would have to add it again for everyone now on the reservation

Not sure if it is the same policy now.
