DVC and DDP

Can someone tell me if there are any special DVC dining perks? I'm trying to decide on the type of dining plan we'll use for our Feb trip. Also, would someoone please explain the TIW plan for me? I know I would have to get an AP, but would everyone in our party need an AP plus pay for TIW card? Thanks!

There are various discounts available at some restaurants. The current ones are listed on the DVC website last I knew and will be in the Portable Perks you receive at checkin. Many restaurants at the Swolphin are included as well as some DTD and resort restaurants especially at lunch.

One of the nicest DVC dining perks IMO is the ability to add the three cheapest dining plans without buying tickets.

Only the person purchasing TiW needs to have an AP (or be a FL resident). The card holder can use it for up to 10 people but must be present.
