DVC and DCL ParnterSHIP?

I heard from a CM recently that DVC and DCL are partnering to build extra-large DVC staterooms (minus the kitchens) on DCL once the 3rd DCL ship is approved to build by Iger. She said that there was enough demand and that they could sell it at a premium to both new and current members.

Has anyone else heard this rumor?

I'm not really sure that you can sell timeshare interests in Florida on a ship, let alone a ship registered in a foreign country.

I remember reading a while back that Florida law was changed to allow the sales of 'cruise ship timeshares'. This was within the past year or so.

If I recall, Disney supported the change.

My thought at the time was that perhaps DVC would comeup with an all DVC ship. It had not occured to me that they would make part of a new ship DVC.
