DVC and AP question

I've read that DVC members can purchase the dining plan when arriving at the DVC, but can you still get the dining plan if you purchase AP's? We are considering buying, but we want to find out all the important info first.

If you are staying in DVC accomidations on points you can purchase the dining plan regardless of your ticket media.

I believe you need to purchase the dining plan in advance of arrival. (Maybe 3 days?) Make sure to call MS and set up the plan!

Don't plan a DVC purchase on the member perks. They change all the time. The DDP could cease to exist as could the DVC AP discount.

Plan to purchase DVC because you want a prepaid vacation at WDW in a very nice DVC villa of your choice.
