Next to none. At least for a loooong time. Most people estimate that it will take at least 4 or 5 years to sell out Saratoga Springs, and I believe that is a very optimistic estimate.

So there are many things working against an AKL DVC. In 4 or 5 years, it will be 4 or 5 years closer to 2042. (An obvious point, I know. ) There may be other sites ahead of it if continued expansion of DVC is still in demand. There may also be issues with the disruption of the existing lodge and animal reserve.

But it would be really nice, wouldn't it?

Unfortunately, I would have to agree a long time if at all.....it would be nice though....SSR is big and will take time

Highly unlikely. Eagle Pines was suppose to be next but they jump-started Saratoga Springs and put that in front. If Eagle Pines continues then that's several years away. To do AKL after that would really be a lot.

This was discussed quite a bit a while back and the general consensus on this board was that it won't happen.
