The adventure continues as I now have a contract on pending; I can't wait for my "Welcome Home" at Saratoga Springs... Only Disney can stop it with their ROFR, but why would they do that....

Once the contract is mine I can start planning...

I noticed the money has done thru (from my bank, not sure when they will see it there). So anotherr step closser... So I hope as I am getting worried about the ROFR...

It looks like Disney uses this right a lot... Does any of you know, looking at what I am going for, my chances?

DVC's not letting many new owners thru the back door it seems. Dean is right, they either want you to purchase direct or purchase a larger contract.

The problem here is that I am from Belgium. As they cannot sell to Belgium direct this is the only way i can get my contract... I'll try again....

You can buy if you're in FL on a trip. Hopefully it will work out either way, good luck.

I have been to one of their presentations while on my last trip. With that trip just paid a DVC membership was not something I could add on....

The 50 points to start with would be the best for me... I can affort this now... I can visit WDW next year, and I could add on in 2 years... a good plan, if not for the ROFR....
