DVC Account Point Totals Are Incorrect!

I haven't checked all of our contracts but it looks like on 12/25, DVC incorrectly added points to our accounts/contracts. I am trying to report the error to DVC but the telephone wait time is 28 minutes. :eek:

I don't know if it's only our accounts or if everyone has been affected.

The Point Activity Statement sure seems different to me but according to DVC support, everything is the way that it's suppose to be.

Guess this is a false alarm, but you might want to check your points anyway.

Our point activity statement is where the weird entries were listed. DVC support told me that there was nothing wrong but soon after talking to DVC support we were locked out of our account.

Now the website wants our activation code.

Seems like the problems at Disney are increasing.

Just received a phone call from MS, the previous 2 CM's were incorrect, our point activity statements are incorrect with some type of systems error. They don't know why, or who is affected, they will be looking into it and they thanked me for letting them know.

Checked ours and it appears to be correct. but at least they will now be aware to check things for you and anyone else who is having issues.
