DVC Access

DW and I are starting to look into DVC membership. Anyone have any experience with accessible rooms in any of the properties? How hard is it to book? Any things to watch out for?

we stayed at BW and the only problem ,if you can even say that, was the shower in the one bedroom was triangular in shape. but it was still big. but in the studios it was just a small 3 foot square shower that would be harder to use if you use a shower commode. it was not a problem at all to book.

We have been members since 95!
We have never had trouble booking a room --
granted we usually call way ahead. But even when we have called late if a room was available they were able to find us an accessible one!

To book an accessible room member services puts you on hold and calls the resort directly. They block the room to make sure you don't encounter any problems.
