Wdwstar - did you get my PM asking if I could add one night at the beginning of our VWL stay? We're already on the list to have a tree 12/5-9, but we'll now be arriving on 12/4. It looks like the tree is available for that night as well. Thanks.

Here is the info on the package handling fee.

BWV, BCV, and BLT Guests will be assessed a $10 fee per package processed. The fee is charged by IKON Office Solutions, Disney's contracted vendor at these resorts. If the trees are returned to IKON between guests, then an additional fee will be charged to the next guest. If the tree is stored by Bell Services, then there isn't a fee for the next guest.

Disney's policy on Bell Services storage is unclear. Some Cast Members say no problem, others report that they are not allowed to store the trees.

I guess that we will find out the hard way.

Please read the first post of this thread. Families donate a christmas tree and the trees get past from dvc families to dvc families. The last families on the tree list ship the tree back to the family that donated the tree. families donate to help with the shipping to the resort and back home.
