DVC $25 gift card??????

My mom did the phone tour late on Monday and she's still waiting to get her gift card.....

DH did our tour 2 weeks ago, and still no GC...

I sent DVC an email about this and said that it was embarrassing to refer people and then have them not get the gift card and that I would like to know the status of my referals. I let them know that since the people were upfront when they called that DVC should have let them know that they were not eligible for the gift card instead of letting them do the tour and not notifying them they weren't eligible.

Brian is our guide. DVC guides do not have direct emails. You have to only call them!! Let me know if you need help reaching Brian I have his direct line!!

Looking to see if you heard yet.... my sister completed her call and it has been over a week with nothing for her. I have referred 4 people total and 3 out of 4 got their CG's and I have only gotten 2.....

The referrals seem hit or miss. You should make sure when you call to ask if you are eligible for the referral or not.
