DVC 24 points one time use per year ?

I saw that the 24 point one time use points are now $17 per point.
Does anyone remember when this started and what the cost was ?

October 2017 they went from 15 to 17 a point

It started around 2012 or so, and the price was $15 a point when Disney started it.

Is the $17/point for 24 points per contract? I have HHi points in 1 contract, BWV in 1 Contract, and CCV in 1 contract. Is is 24 points each contract,
or just 24 points total/ UY?? Just wondering....

It's per membership. So it depends on if your contracts are under 1 or more than 1 membership.
