DVC 10% discount on UPH?

We get 10% off the UPH passes, right? What about dropping off the last day (due to an early flight would be a waste of money). Is this easy to do? or will they give you a hard time?

We have never had any problem dropping first and last days from the UPH. You shouldn't have any problem at all dropping one.
