When I was in highschool and dated guys (before I came out) I did all the dumping. When I came out and started dating ladies it was about 50/50.

I dumped more than I got dumped. I was never one to stick it out if I didn't have genuine and increasing warm feelings for someone.

But that doesn't mean I never got my heart broken.

I was usually the one to get bored first in a relationship...that is until my college boyfriend. He ripped my heart out, stomped on it, and walked away.

And then came back a year later and did it again.

But then I met my DH...THANK GOD! As my ex is still not married, living the same lifestyle as he did in college (single, bartender, in a band, etc.)

The word, "dump" is just so offensive. I have never treated anyone that callously that I am aware of nor been treated that way. My old boyfriends are still my friends for the most part, even the Republicans. lol! My husband is amazing, he tolerates many male friends in my life. He's very secure and peaceful just as a partner should be. He tolerates my female friends too and they are one tough bunch, heh heh. No dumping please.

Ive done most of the dumping. But I would also say I'm in the "still be friends" league. I am still friends with most of the people I had been with.
