This will be DBF`s  first trip to WDW and he insist that we ride Dumbo. :rotfl2: Out of all the times i`ve been there, I have not once seen 2 young adults on the ride without children.

So out of curiosity...have you ever rode Dumbo without children and if so how old were you at the time??!! :thumbsup2

My boyfriend and I rode Dumbo at DL last year. We were 22 and 26 at the time!

i did it when i was 28 ......and mum was with me (51) :teeth:

I'm 25 and DH is 28. We've been going to WDW togther since 1998 (w/o kids!) and have been on Dumbo tons of times. I personally wouldn't wait a long time for it w/o kids, but it's definitely a fun ride! I also like the obligatory pictures taken of you inside your personal flying elephant. :teeth: :dumbo:

Me and DH rode it last summer. There was only a 15 minute wait so I couldn't help myself. We were 23 and 25 at the time.

Tons of times! Rode it a 18 with my best friend, 27 solo, and 28 with my bf who is 33. No one will even think twice about you not having kids.

During our last trip to Disney Dumbo was shut down for a while. It reopened while DH was off somewhere else -- 2DDs and I raced to the line. The plan was to just let the DDs ride and I'd wait. When my husband found us we were well into the line. A cast member noticed and ushered him to us. We thought it only fair to at least ride the ride after all that effort! The girls rode together and so did my DH & I. Always take an opportunity to ride DUMBO!

I rode Dumbo with my best friend when we were 24 (no kids). I loved it because it was one of the things I remembered from my only other trip when I was 5. I can't wait to take my boys (6 yo) on it.

I have but it was on a special night, I can't remember if it was gradnight or night of joy. If the line at Dumbo is really long check the carpets or Astro-orbitors. If he really likes them get in line for Dumbo, if not, well Dumbo is the same ride with a different shaped car.

my wife and I rode it on our Honeymoon...during evening EMH :-)

You need to hang out at Dumbo more. I've often seen young couples riding without kids. I've never done it because I've only been to Disney either as a kid or with my kids.

They take a photo of you on Dumbo?!

That was my question too. :confused3 Do they take pictures of you? :dumbo: That just would be worth a small wait, and I've not ridden yet, but certainly NOT afraid to. Who would you actually see away from Disney that you see while you're at Disney? :confused3 :cool2:

I wouldn't do it if I were you. You might have fun and two adults having fun at WDW just isn't right. What were you thinking? It's all about the kids. ;)

We have not been on Dumbo together, but we are 23 and 26 and have definately gone on plenty of "children's" rides alone. Just have fun no matter what! We actually saw a lot of young couples when we were there this past Nov.

on our honeymoon and tons of times since!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! You have to ride Dumbo!!! Its part of the Disney magic! :thumbsup2

Ok, I have 3 small kids and we ride Dumbo. But, I'll have to say, one of my all time favorite memories of WDW was being on Dumbo as the Wishes fireworks were going off. It was the coolest thing I have ever seen! It was like an umbrella of fireworks right over your head! I would do that again with or without the kids!

I go alone to WDW and I ride Dumbo every time-its not a trip without it. And for how old I am see my sig.
