Are the suggested amounts for tipping per day or for the entire cruise??? Just want to double check so I budget for it!

As I recall, the suggested amounts are for the entire cruise, but the are PER PERSON. So, if you are traveling with 2 people, double them. Also, remember that they are only the cruise line suggestions. It is within your power to reward exemplary service, and to tip accordingly if service is poor. Although, you're not likely to encounter poor service anywhere within the Disney realm, it does occasionally happen. I like to give additional tips as well as $$$. There are prepaid phone cards which are greatly appreciated. They can be aquired rather inexpensively. You can also find an internet cafe or shop at some ports of call, and can get gift certificates there so that the next time the boat is in that port, and your server has the day off, they can use it. On our cruise last July, our head server-Liam Scott from Ocho Rios Jamaica-was phenomenal, and we rewarded him with a bottle of his favorite Jamaican Rum. We did ask before hand, and were told it was allowed. Just a few thoughts.

Thanks...I just wanted to check...I'm actually budgetting a lot more that just the stated amounts...I look forward to being pampered and don't mind showing my graditude for it!
