Dumb question re: MM/EE

Because I know it's been asked a million times....

Which days are EE/MM? I am trying to plan our trip in June, and I want to make sure I plan accordingly.

Also, we will be having breakfast with Lilo and Stitch. How do I get to it? Is that the one at PP?

To the Paradise Pier:

Walk thru DTD...left into the DTD side entrance of the GCH (at Sephoria Shop sp?). Walk to the Lobby. Out the main doors & veer to the left. Cross the street at the light & into the PP.

(If after 10:30am, I'd go thru DCA & pick up FPs at Soarin' & Griz...then into the GCH to the lobby...then see above to the PP).
