We are staying at Yacht Club and got 8:00 AM reservations for Akershus. That day was originally an EMH for Epcot, but that got cancelled. We won't have any problems getting in at the IG for 7:30-40, will we? We were hoping to rent a stroller first, but that isn't my biggest issue. Thanks!

No, they will let you in as long as you have a breakfast reservation.

Stroller/wheelchair rental locations are open at the time the first Guests are allowed into a Park. This takes both EMH and breakfast reservations into consideration. And the IG location follows this policy.
