Dumb Question--Info on Excursions?

Where do I find this? Under my Reservations it's "grayed out", either because I can't book until 1/4/16 or because my TA must book for me?

Without signing in, I can see, under Port Adventures, only info on Castaway Cay (although not specific to my sail date). The Caribbean ports all come up with "0" results.

Does Disney mail a brochure, and if so, do I have to pay in full early (due 12/20) to get it?

Use the "Things To Do" tab, click port adventures.
Next click the general area (Alaska, Bahamas, Caribbean, etc.)
Then on next screen, use the "ports of call tab to pick your location

Checkout below (Things to do - On Shore - Port Adventures). Select the destination you wish and you can then filter by the port of call.

Thanks...yes, I've done that and get "O" results for both Cozumel and Grand Cayman. Maybe they are simply having issues with the site.

Disney has the worst IT; they are the last company that should abandon brochures in lieu of info on their site. Plus it isn't user friendly....would prefer to be able to print it so each member of the family can review. I liked the good old days when every person got a brochure to review!

It seems to be working for me. Maybe you need to refresh, restart, or grab a cold beverage and try again later...

I had this same problem a few months ago. Tried again the next day and had all kinds of port excursions pop up. A few days later it appeared that Disney didn't have any port excursions for their Caribbean cruises. Instead of a Magical experience it was like voodoo!

I also dislike that we can't print out port excursion information. Would have been very helpful when DW and I were discussing various options, instead of having make notes but still go back and forth when trying to compare.
