Dumb question about IOA lockers

I've searched and searched and can't find the answer - are all-day lockers at IOA inside the entrance gate or outside? As in, could someone run over and grab a locker pre-park opening while we are waiting to get in?

Stressing about the whole bag check for rides thing and just don't want to deal with it - but also don't want to be stranded at a park without a change of clothes, a raincoat, etc.

At IOA they are inside the gates to the left hand side when you walk in through the turnstiles. I assume that is for safety reasons.
