Dumb question about ADR's and park tickets...

I'm sure this is a dumb question for people who've been to WDW before...

Can you eat at a restaurant inside a park without admission? Like can they let you in just to eat? Asking because we made a reservation at Akershus for dinner on a Friday, then later I thought that day would be too crowded to visit Epcot and we'd probably do a different park that day.... don't have park hopper tickets, so I need to change my reservation, right?

Park admission is required to eat in the restaurants.

Dining in a park restauran requires admission entry into that park.

Epcot would be NUTS othewise!
