Dumb question about adding dining to package.

Ok, yes, this is a dumb question but it's bugging me & I'm not calling Disney to ask, lol.
I have been doing some estimate pricing online. I've done just the basic MYW package, adding DDP, DxDDP, etc. On the QSD & on the DxDDP, it mentions that you get a refillable resort mug for your stay. But, the regular DDP does not mention it. So, is this something only included in those 2 dining plans & not all 3? I will get the mugs if we decide to add the DDP & they aren't included, but find it odd that it's included in the lower dining package & the higher dining package but not the regular one.

It is true that the mugs are only included in the QSDP and the Deluxe dining plan. Why that is, I have no idea. We always get the regular dining plan and purchase the mugs.

My guess is that it has to do with economics - I think the profit margin is higher on the QS & Dx Plans! Most websites will tell you that the Regular Dining Plan is one of the better deals around. And better deals for us - not as profitable for them!

Very true ginnymack. Yep, we'll more than likely add the regular DDP to our package & we will definatly be buying our mugs! I alone drink way too much for it not to be a good deal for us, hehe.
