I was planning on doing a 5K in June. I am out of shape but figured I could be in shape to do one in June. Well...my sister in law posted about on in Feburary she might be doing. So......I told her if she wanted some encourgament I would do it with her! What was I thinking???!!!!
But it is a good excuse to be outside walking and my neighborhood is full of hills. Well I said I wanted to get into shape so here I go!

I have no plans to run it. I am walking!
I have a show I can finally audition for and I will be super mad at myself if I screw up my knee.
Its good for endurance! Or so I keep telling myself.
I did another stupid thing. I gave up caffeine for the week. My sleep is so bad since my pregnancy, so I am trying to reset my body's clock. Cannot wait till this week is OVER! Happy training!!!!!
