I have the same problem...
I have 5 nights, Deluxe dining and park passes at the Poly for $2800 using 40% off
If I switch to WL keep my deluxe dining and park passes the total is $2800 without using the 40% off code. But I would get at 750 gift card.
I can't decide if WL is as nice as Poly and is a $750 gift card worth not using the Monorail and staying at WL vs Poly.
If anyone has an opinion it would be greatly appreiciated.

Well..... Just got off the phone with Disney
They said to switch to the 750.00 from the 40 percent off code, and drop the dining plan it would be 311.00!
That would be 2432!
Now the 786.00 in my last equation included the 130.00 in OOP meals we would be paying for in the Dining Plan, PLUS the 100.00 in tips we easily could spend out of pocket, plus a few adult bevvies.
The 2121.00 is including just what the dining plan covers.
So I could spend 311.00 to get 750.00 or I could spend 0 and keep the dining plan but pay 300.00 easily on extras at the parks ?
My head is spinning......
It may be a little harder for adults who are going without kids. We also have the 40% discount code and I have figured that we will save more money with the GC deal, but only $150 per room on a deluxe room. Since we are getting two rooms, it is still a good savings for us. A mod would save us $245 per room, but I really don't want to have to deal with the buses with all of these small kids (my four and my sister will have her baby, too) and me being 6-months pregnant at that point.Thanks... I just thought we wouldn't have to get up as early to make early breakfast ADRs. I am still thinking about it. Opinions??

We have stayed at both and liked them both. The boat ride to MK was nice and very convenient. There is also a both that goest to the CR and FW from WL.
I think to save $750.00, it would be worth the change from Poly to WL. That pays for a lot of the tips.
Or, have you considered downgrading to the regular DDP and then using the $750.00 to cover the additional meals, that you would not be getting via the deluxe?
