Dumb computer user

Am I just daft and completely computer illiterate, try as I may to follow instructions I can't get a countdown from the Ticker Factory up on my details. Am I the only one! Please say no!!!

No i had problems when i tried can't remember what to do but some one will talk you through it like they did with me good luck.

at the end of your second section of text. Delete the top bit.

Its the first ticker on my post. Could you 'move/copy it over' or tell me how to and we can do it as a treat for Wendy logging in tomorrow.
